Kay Toscano, CRCM, CAFP is a Compliance, Risk Management and Audit professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. She has been a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) since 2001 and a Certified AML, and Fraud Professional (CAFP) since 2016. Both certifications are maintained through the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers.
Kay has a significant understanding of key banking processes, associated risks, and remediation procedures. She is flexible and able to execute in a fast paced, high demand, complex environment while balancing multiple priorities.

After 25+ years in the financial and banking industry, I decided to shift direction and go into consulting (I know, I know a familiar story). Now, I share my passion for all things compliance by helping others. I perform risk based regulatory compliance consulting projects on a contract basis for various firms and financial institutions using a pragmatic approach.
